David Julian is founder and president of the Julian Companies, incorporated in January 1996.  The Julian Companies was established with a primary focus on management and maintenance of property. 

Routine maintenance consists of all activities required to maintain the property in attractive, safe, efficient operating condition.

 

Services such as plumbing, back-ups, no heat or air conditioning are our priority.
